17 Roast Meat Stalls In Singapore For Char Siew Shao Rou Fan

Roast meat stalls in Singapore

Most, if not all, roast meat stalls in Singapore serve both char siew and roast pork, AKA siew yoke. It is easy to find a stall that excels in either one, but not both. So, if you are like me, who always opts for a plate of sweet and savoury char siew siew yoke rice or noodles, here are 17 roast meat stalls in Singapore where you can enjoy the best of both.

1. Fu Shi Traditional Roasted

With almost 15 years of history, Fu Shi Traditional Roasted, situated in Marsiling Mall Hawker Centre, serves a mouth-watering plate of Char Siew Siew Yoke Fan ($4.50). This comes with lean-cut char siew, balanced out with the fat but juicy siew yoke chunks. It is guaranteed that you will experience a satisfying crunch as you bite into its crispy roasted skin.

It comes with deeply caramelised char siew, with flavours akin to bak kwa, and irregular-cut chunks of fatty siew yoke that simply melt in your mouth.
