Cafe hoppers have yet another cool spot to check out this weekend: Same Days Coffee is a new cafe in Joo Chiat, hidden in a fancy furniture shop by the name of Grafunkt.

Despite being rather new—their official opening was in late September 2024—the cafe has already drawn some online attention for their cosy ambience and gorgeous Scandi aesthetic.

You’ll find popular cafe options such as Iced White ($6.50) here, which is said to be smooth and bold with an ideal milk-to-espresso ratio. They also have Mocha ($7/$7.50) and a unique Orange Cold Brew ($8) that caught our eye.

Their Dirty Matcha, which combines matcha, fresh espresso, and milk, is equally popular. You can get it Hot ($7) or Iced ($7.50), though we recommend the latter for its photo-worthy layers.

The refreshing Yuzu Espresso ($7.50), Orange Espresso ($7.50), and Espresso Tonic ($7.50) are great alternatives for a hot afternoon! Alternatively, consider their Iced Shaken Summer Peach Tea ($7.50) or Iced Orange Earl Grey Tea ($7.50) instead.

For the perfect afternoon tea treat, pair your drink with their small range of bakes, including Madeleine ($6 for two), Canele ($5), Banana Bread ($7), and Lemon Drizzle Cake ($7).

There are limited seats in the cafe, so we recommend visiting during an off-peak time or opting for takeaway instead.

If you’re looking for more cool coffee spots to try, read our Suukee Coffee review for their unique taro-infused kopi and teh. They are also opening a new pop-up at Scotts Square soon!
