As a ’90s kid, SCAPE carries plenty of memories for me—from devouring McSpicys at the iconic 24-hour McDonald’s to hanging with friends late into the night on the skate park steps. Since then, the mall has undergone several rounds of renovations, including its most recent revamp, revealing a bunch of exciting new F&B openings. To help you navigate what’s new, here’s our guide to the best food places at SCAPE, including Korean cafes, DIY dessert kiosks and more!
7-Eleven used to be my go-to for slushies, but it’s becoming increasingly harder to find them in Singapore. This explains why I was excited when SLUSHYAH, Singapore’s first self-serve slushie bar, opened! At their Orchard outlet, you can DIY your slushies with a variety of bases, toppings, and syrups.
Start by choosing your preferred cup size: Regular ($6.80) or Large ($7.70). Thereafter, fill your cup with their toppings and house-made syrups, such as their signature Taiwan Boba Pearls, Nata De Coco cubes, and Strawberry Syrup. Finally, add your slushie base, available in four different flavours: Milo, Thai Tea, Bandung, and Signature, the latter boasting a soothing hint of ginger.

This one’s for the acai lovers: Ah Cai is a new self-serve dessert bar at SCAPE with acai and ice cream bowls from $3.68! Better yet, their desserts are dairy-free, making them suitable for those with lactose intolerance.
Prices at Ah Cai are based on the weight of each bowl, costing just $3.68 per 100g. You can fill your bowl with either their Organic Acai or Ice Cream, available in Soy and Dark Chocolate flavours. There are also over 20 different toppings and house-made sauces to choose from, such as fresh strawberries, Lotus crumble, granola, and their creamy cookie butter sauce, which we especially enjoyed with the sweet acai base.

ICYMI, popular Taiwanese bubble tea chain Mr. Sun Tea has also made its way to SCAPE, introducing unique tea blends, jumbo-sized pearls and more.
You’ll be spoiled for choice with the extensive menu here, spanning nine drink categories, comprising fresh milk lattes, milk tea, fruit blends, smoothies and more. A crowd favourite is their signature Jumbo Boba Milk Tea Smoothie ($6.80), which stars ice-blended milk tea topped with XL grass jelly pearls, chewy tapioca pearls, and a generous drizzle of sweet cream. There’s also the Mr. Sun Golden Brew ($7.20), a refreshing drink that pairs subtly earthy green tea with smooth Heineken 0.0 beer.
If you’re craving a snack, order a set of their fluffy egg pancakes. Their pancakes come in eight different flavours, each adorably shaped as mini light bulbs. The Creamy Cheese Pancake ($3.80 for two, $7.50 for four) is a popular pick, featuring a rich and creamy cheese core.

If you’ve been to Korea, you may have heard of Nuldam Space, a vegan cafe from Seoul that went viral for their unique “365 wall”, where you can write and mail letters to your future self to be read the following year. You can enjoy the same experience at the Singapore outpost in Somserset, with letter sets priced at $6.50 for local postage and $7.50 for international delivery.
Food-wise, their signature Tiramisu Vegan Layered Cake ($8.90) is a must-try dessert, pairing fluffy cake with layers of malty chocolate and sweet cream. For drinks, we recommend the Vegan Nuldam Black Sesame Cream Latte ($9), a refreshing iced latte made with roasted black sesame cream and aromatic black sesame grounds.

Another cafe from Korea that’s just opened at SCAPE is Yoajung, a well-loved name known for its froyo and acai bowls, which you can customise with over 30 different toppings.
The Frozen Yoghurt is available in Small ($3) and Medium ($5) portions, with four different flavours to choose from: Mango, Strawberry Milk, Mint, and Chocolate. Alternatively, go for the Acai, which you can get in Small ($8), Medium ($13), or Single To-Go Cup ($13.90).
Once you’ve picked your preferred base and flavour, liven up your bowl with their toppings, including Brown Rice Crunch ($1.30), Dalgona Candy ($1.50), and their iconic Honey Comb ($7). The latter adds a delicious gooey sweetness that complements the creamy froyo. There’s also the Chia Pudding ($1.50), which we recommend having with the smooth acai to mellow down the sweetness.

Located right outside SCAPE’s main entrance is Hanco Coffee, a cute, cosy cafe with specialty coffee and artisanal cheesecakes to pair with. The best part is that prices are all nett here!
While the menu includes several classic coffee options, such as your usual Americano ($6) and Latte ($7), what really sets them apart are their curated drinks. For something fruity and refreshing, opt for the Mango Got Sticky ($12), which blends bitter pour–over coffee with sweet-tart mango juice, lemon, rice milk, creamy white chocolate, and mint, before being topped with a piece of dried mango. If you’re adventurous, get the Mild Spicy ($10) instead, a subtly sweet and spicy drink that blends espresso with Thai chilli, tart strawberries, blackberries, coconut water, and dried tangerine peels.
You can’t go wrong with the Truffle Bacon Homemade Burnt Cheesecake ($9), starring a light and creamy base topped with a load of savoury prosciutto slices. Do note that their cheesecake flavours change from time to time, so check their Instagram page for the latest updates.

For traditional Chinese desserts in Orchard, head to SuiTok, where you will also find trendy bakes, such as shio pan at wallet-friendly prices.
A popular item here is the Pistachio Fairy Cream ($8.50), a simple yet satisfying dessert starring thick and velvety pistachio paste, garnished with a sprinkle of crunchy pistachio bits. Matcha lovers shouldn’t miss out on the Emerald Mountain Matcha ($6.60), consisting of stretchy rice mochi, chewy tapioca pearls, and earthy matcha ice cream. While you’re here, get their fluffy Shio Pan, too, which comes with a serving of butter. Priced at just $1.70, they’re definitely one of the cheapest shio pan we’ve seen in Singapore.

Head over to Kremi for handcrafted Japanese crepes loaded to the brim with all kinds of toppings. Their crepes are made-to-order, so you can expect each one to be delightfully soft and fluffy.
They’ve got 10 flavours to choose from, including sweet and savoury options. A signature item is the Mochi Strawberry Crepe ($11.90), which comes stuffed with light whipped cream, a house–made strawberry compote, chewy chunks of mochi, and crunchy wafer rolls. There’s also the Tuna Mayo Crepe ($9.90), starring scoops of tuna mayo and cheese, wrapped in fresh lettuce and an omelette. The Banana Pudding Matcha Brulee ($14.90) is another banger, featuring a matcha crepe, filled with earthy matcha cream and sweet banana pudding, torched for a crisp, caramelised finish. FYI, this flavour is only available in limited quantities daily, so we recommend heading down early if you want to try it.
