We’re all about discovering hidden gem restaurants in Singapore, so when we heard about Seoul Restaurant, we knew we had to cover them. Tucked away on the third floor of Conrad Singapore Orchard, the atas-looking restaurant offers Korean BBQ buffet from just $49++—a steal in this economy!

Their Seoul A La Carte Buffet costs just $49++ per person for lunch and $79++ per person for dinner. Do note that this option comes without beef.

We recommend going for the normal buffet that includes beef, priced at a wallet-friendly $59++ per person for lunch, and $89++ per person for dinner.  This option gets you unlimited servings of Chadolbagi (beef brisket), Galbisal (boneless beef short rib), L.A Galbi (marinated bone-in beef short rib in seasoned soy sauce), and Yangnyeom Galbisal (marinated boneless beef short rib in seasoned soy sauce).

Even if you go for the cheaper buffet price, you’re still entitled to free-flow portions of BBQ pork! There’s the Hanjeongsal AKA sliced pork jowl, said to be succulent with a rich marbling, Moksal AKA Spanish Iberico pork collar, and sliced pork belly to pick from.

That’s not all: you’ll also find a small selection of sausages and chicken, alongside fresh prawns, squid, and mackerel fish to grill to your heart’s content.

If you’re feeling fancy, splurge on the premium BBQ buffet option at $119++ per person—this gets you all-you-can-eat Wagyu-grade cuts, Spicy Marinated Crabs, Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup and more!

Don’t forget to fill up on the sides, which you’ll get unlimited plates of, too! The list is pretty extensive, with must-tries including Kimchijeon AKA kimchi pancake, Topokki, Sundubu-jjigae, and even Bibim-naengmyeon—spicy cold buckwheat noodles.
