This Hougang Cafe Serves Muah Chee Gelato And Pandan Coconut Waffles Till 1AM

If you are craving sweets in Hougang, the first few places that come to mind might be the award-winning Denzy Gelato or Sweedy Patisserie, which sells artisanal fatcarons and durian cake. To satisfy your dessert cravings in the late hours of the night, Sweet Scoop is here to offer handmade gelato and waffles till 12am from Sunday to Thursday, and 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.

The cafe’s signature dessert is the Pandan Coconut Waffles ($4.60 for one piece) which is said to have a strong coconut flavour with a QQ batter within. With its neighbourhood-friendly prices, you’re not only getting a sweet treat but also a sweet deal!

The gelato flavours are plenty, and they’re all house-made too! Some popular flavours include Muah Chee, Ondeh Ondeh, and Speculoos Biscoff. Each classic flavour is $4.20 for a single scoop and $7.60 for a double scoop. Premium flavours go for $5.20 for a single scoop and $9.60 for a double scoop.

You can wash down the cold gelato with their fruity selection of hot teas! Their Pots Of Tea ($5.90) comes with two tea cups so you can share them with a friend. Tea blends include Strawberry Sensation, Mango Magic and Apple Refresh. FYI, they are refillable!
