The Great Caribbean Cook Off Wants YOU To Be A Judge

About The Great Caribbean Cook Off

If you think you’ve got what it takes to be like one of the judges on Top Chef, now’s your chance! Organised by Lime House, the Great Caribbean cook-off will pit some of Singapore’s best up and coming restaurants against each other. Participants include:

  • Dan Segall, former Head Chef of Ku De Ta
  • Nick Scorpion of Oxwell & Co
  • Ricky de Kock of Cure
  • Andrew Baldus of Meatsmith

The chefs will prepare their very own versions of three of the Caribbean’s most well-loved dishes; Jerk Chicken, Fish Cakes And Curry Aioli, and Pineapple Mango Salsa.

Guests will be able to taste original creations from Lime House as the chefs do battle and sip on $10 cocktails.

How To Be a Judge

The dishes will be judged on their flavour, creativity and presentation. So if you’re up for the challenge, make sure to arrive early to snag the 50 limited seats on the panel.

The panel will also consist of Chris Morris, owner of Lime House and Mayen Ekong, member of the Caribbeancommunity and authority on Caribbean food.
