Matcha lovers, take note. The Landing Point, located at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, has launched its Matcha Expressions Afternoon Tea, available from now till 15 November 2026.
The new high tea features a line-up of savoury bites and desserts infused with premium usucha-grade matcha from Uji, Kyoto. Available daily from 12pm to 2:30pm, and 3:30pm to 6pm, it’s priced at $68++ per person, with a limited-time Dine 3 Pay 2 promotion for weekday visits, during the second seating. With the deal, you’re only paying around $45++ per person!
The matcha high tea starts with six savoury bites, including Norwegian Smoked Trout with Matcha, Cream Cheese and Ikura, Boston Lobster with Yuzu-Matcha Mayonnaise and Nomad Caviar, and Tuna Tataki with Kohlrabi and Sesame-Matcha Aioli.
You’ll also find familiar afternoon tea favourites such as the Classic Cucumber Sandwich with Cream Cheese and Truffle Egg Salad.
For dessert, matcha takes centre stage across a variety of pastries and cakes. The Chitose Strawberry Matcha Shortcake combines strawberries and vanilla chantilly with matcha pain de genes, while the Matcha Yuzu Pecan pairs caramelised pecan praline with yuzu dark chocolate and whipped matcha ganache. Those who enjoy richer desserts can try the Matcha Cheesecake, which features matcha cream cheese, graham crumbs, and matcha glaze, or the Matcha Raspberry, made with matcha crémeux, raspberry confit, and matcha chiffon sponge.
Each afternoon tea set comes with a glass of matcha, served warm or iced, alongside a choice of coffee or tea.
Do note that the usual scones are replaced with a Citrus Baba Savarin, a light cake soaked in a sweet citrus and syrup, then served with Green Tea Crème and Yuzu Curd.
But if scones are a must-have, consider the vegan option, which comes with a set of Matcha Gluten-Free Vegan Scones. Otherwise, go for the Straits Classics Afternoon Tea ($58++ per person) instead, a locally inspired high tea that includes Classic Scones and Raisin Scones served with Clotted Cream and Strawberry Jam.
Those looking to make their visit more indulgent can also add on free-flow Veuve Clicquot champagne for two hours at $78++, or opt for free-flow alcohol-free Blanc de Blancs at $38++. A single flute of Veuve Clicquot champagne is also available at $15++.
