Brunch lovers and cafe hoppers, here’s some good news: Toby’s Estate has officially reopened! The popular Australian cafe and roastery is back after a month-long renovation, now sporting a sleek, industrial warehouse look.

The refreshed space sits 55 diners indoors and 32 outdoors, the latter of which overlooks the riverside.

To celebrate the cafe’s reopening, they’ve rolled out a limited-edition Pandan Waffle coffee, available by the bag online and in-store! Created in collaboration with Toby’s Head Roaster and a coffee farmer from Colombia, this unique blend features notes of pineapple and lime ice cream, coconut cream, and melon.

On the food menu you’ll find Toby Estate’s signature brunch mains, including the Brekkie of Champions ($27++): eggs, maple espresso bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, and pork sausage, served with your choice of sourdough, brioche, or croissant (top up $3++).

Other must-tries are the French Toast ($18++), a sweet-savoury mix of bacon, maple syrup, and berry compote, and the quintessential Eggs Benedict ($23++), which comes with smoked salmon or stewed beef.

Toby’s Estate offers a small range of pastas and sandwiches too, so there’s definitely something for everyone here.

You won’t go wrong with a cup of Latte ($5.20++) or Mocha ($6.10++), or go for their Dirty Chai ($6.60++) if you’re in the mood for both tea and coffee.

Coffee aficionados should check out their new interactive filter and espresso bars too, where one can explore beans from South America, Africa, and Asia.
