You’ll be stuffing yourself full of durians, and learning all you need to know about them.

There’s nothing that gets meat lovers as ravenously hungry as a steak buffet. For unique steaks prepared with a South American flair, try Carnivore Brazilian Churrascaria at CHIJMES.

Zi char is a familiar concept to many Singaporeans, but here’s a next-level take on the hawker favourite: a zi char buffet.
At $35.90++ per adult, Lai Huat Signatures’ buffet you can have as many classic zi char dishes as you want, including standouts such as coffee pork ribs and salted egg sotong.
While most of the dishes are free-flow, their six signature dishes can only be ordered once for every four diners at the table. These dishes include the signature sambal fish, fish maw soup and more.

Guo Fu Hotpot serves the usual steamboat buffet that’s a dime a dozen these days. What sets them apart, however, is that you get free-flow xiao long baos to go along with your hotpot.
A lunch buffet ($27.90++ per person) lets you choose from 60 different dishes to dunk into your hotpot, which includes all sorts of succulent meats and fresh seafood. But for many, the unlimited xiao long baos remain the star attraction—the meat inside is said to be tender, and the soup surprisingly sweet.

The famous ribs at Morganfield’s typically come in large portions, but if that’s still not enough for you, you can always go for their Weekend Ribs Buffet ($45++) instead. Choose between spare or baby back ribs, then decide which sauces you want your ribs to be prepared with. For starters, try the Hickory BBQ option, which sees your ribs slow-cooked with hickory smoke, before being grilled and basted with their signature Hickory BBQ sauce.
Do note that the buffet is available on weekends and public holidays, 11am to 4pm (last order at 3:30pm).
