Whiskdom To Open Two Cafes in Orchard Central And Bugis With New Desserts And More

Whiskdom Orchard Central and Bugis

Fans of Whiskdom might have noticed that the homegrown bakery recently moved out of its Havelock 2 location. Not to fret though, as the popular dessert shop is opening two new outlets by mid-August 2022: Orchard Central and North Bridge Road!

According to a brand representative, the two new dine-in cafes are slated to open by mid-August. The flagship cafe will be at 757 North Bridge Road, which is a seven-minute walk from Bugis MRT Station. On top of their IG-famous cookies and brownies, the team is looking to roll out a new range of savoury bakes here.

The second opening is a new dessert concept called Ooze by Whiskdom, located on Level 4 of Orchard Central. Here you can look forward to barista-brewed coffee, as well as ice cream that’s created to pair with the bakery’s signature lava cookies—think flavours such as Triple Dark Chocolate, French Vanilla, and Butterscotch Biscoff.

Whiskdom started as a home-based business in 2020 when the pandemic first hit. They shot to fame for their molten-centred cookies and brownies, and have since gone on to launch a fully-fledged retail space in Alexandra Central, followed by the now-defunct Havelock store.

The upcoming cafes will offer their signature bakes, including the Speculoos Delight Brownie ($6.50), a dark chocolate brownie cube oozing with a biscoff lava filling.

There’s also the best-selling Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookie ($6.50), loaded with Valrhona chocolate chunks and a gloriously molten chocolate centre.

Full details about the two new cafes are yet to be released, but we will update this story when we get more information. In the meantime, keep your eyes peeled on Whiskdom’s IG page to get the latest scoop!
