Wildfire Burgers Opens In Robertson Quay With Triple Bacon Burger And Baileys Oreo Milkshake

Wildfire Burgers Roberston Quay has new burgers and milkshakes

When Wildfire Burgers first opened their doors on the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) campus, their affordable burgers and fried chicken were met with much fanfare. They’ve since launched a second outlet along Keppel Road, and now, a third in the bustling Robertson Walk.

This new branch is a six-minute walk from Fort Canning MRT Station and an easy two-minute stroll to UE Square. Pick from a variety of seating arrangements; dine outside on a breezy evening, head inside for a more intimate experience, or snag a bar seat if you want to grab a quick drink.

New on the menu is the Triple Bacon Burger ($17++): a single grain-fed Black Angus patty with cheddar, topped with the triple threat of crispy bacon, bacon jam, and “baconnaise”. Well-buttered and toasted brioche buns hold together all the components.

There’s also the classic French Onion Burger ($16++), comprising the same beef patty and brioche buns with gouda cheese, caramelised onion, and crispy onion rings. For all burgers on the menu, there’s the option of going for a double patty, or upgrading to a Wagyu patty at a top-up of $3++ each.

You can also add on $4++ for fries, but we recommend going for the Chopped Caesar ($10++) instead to cut through all that grease. This satisfying salad is dressed in a creamy sauce made of parmesan and anchovies, and topped with crispy bacon and croutons for extra crunch.

Otherwise, the Tater Tots ($8++), seasoned with a secret spice mix, are also worth snacking on.

Round up your feast with a boozy shake; the Bailey’s Oreo ($18++) is a sweet fix that goes excellently with all the fried stuff. It’s made with vanilla bean ice cream, oreo Crumble, and two shots of Bailey’s Irish Cream—dangerously crushable!

If you’re looking for more food in the area, check out Le Jardin, an IG-worthy French bistro in Fort Canning with a beautiful outdoor garden. Otherwise, for more burger content, head to Hot Buns, a bao kiosk in Clarke Quay with fusion buns, stacked burgers, and unique bar snacks.
