Get Hotplate Beef Banh Mi And Legit Pho At This New Vietnamese Cafe

Your Deli Bite Cafe has hotplate banh mi and beef pho in Novena

Months ago, we reviewed Your Deli Bite Banh Mi, a popular Vietnamese takeaway kiosk in Jurong. Since then, the brand has grown from strength to strength, and that has led to the opening of its latest concept: Your Deli Bite Cafe.

Located in Novena, Your Deli Bite Cafe sports a stylish interior that’s best described as a mix of cafe conventions and Vietnamese flourishes. Neon signages, lantern ceiling lights, and beautiful murals decorate the comfy eatery.

Like with the Jurong kiosk, many patrons visit the cafe for its authentic and hearty banh mi. Recommended options include the Special Great Banh Mi ($6.90), which features four types of ham, char siu, pork floss, pâté, and veggies, and the siew yoke-filled BBQ Pork ($6.50). These are all tucked between freshly toasted and buttered baguette.

If you’d like something a little different from your usual banh mi, you can try the hotplate version of the dish instead. The Pate Beef ($12.90), for instance, has the savoury beef fillings cooked in a sizzling hotplate, with the baguette served separately.

Your Deli Bite Cafe also does a good rendition of the classic pho. If you aren’t on a budget, go for the Special Pho ($14.90), which has beef flank, tendon, brisket, meatballs, and rice noodles in an aromatic broth.
