Another deal has just popped up on our radar and this time it’s for the 1-for-1 Royal Pudding promotion at Paris Baguette. I’m a die-hard fan of all four flavours of this milky, melt-in-the-mouth sweet treat. I’ve been buying them home almost every week, just to inhale them within seconds.
From now till 15 March 2020 at all outlets and till 22 March 2020 at the Wisma Atria outlet, enjoy two for the price of one when you show the cashier one of the secret Korean-inspired heart gestures before making a payment. There’s no such thing as embarrassment in the face of a good discount. Furthermore, in the name of love, the staff will also reciprocate with another heart gesture back at you.Â
These glass-bottled babies do not come cheap. The Original Royal Pudding is priced at $4.60, the Choco and Mango Royal Pudding at $4.80, and the Strawberry Royal Pudding at $4.90.Â
These puddings all sport the same four sections: burnt caramel syrup at the bottom, followed by creamy and smooth milk custard, a sweeter layer of milk or flavoured pudding, and lastly an even richer layer of cream, chocolate, or fruity jelly.
Make sure to head down ASAP, as shelves were cleared by the time I got to the JEM outlet at 9pm. This attractive discount is available at all 14 Paris Baguette outlets and applies to both dine-in and takeaway. And as far as I’ve heard there isn’t a cap on the number of bottles each person can buy!
If you happen to be around Jewel Changi Airport, the Maison de PB outlet, which is also under Paris Baguette, is offering 1-for-1 pasta from now till 15 March 2020 as well. Choose from options such as the Royal Carbonara ($24++), Salmon & Spinach Tagliatelle Pasta ($27++), or make your money’s worth with the Braised Octopus Pasta ($29++). However, this is only available for dine-in, with the lower-priced pasta going free of charge.
