This aesthetically pleasing cafe is known for its waffles and ice cream from the famed FATCAT Ice Cream Bar, and specialty coffee sourced from Common Man Coffee Roasters.

Drop by to try their Everything on a Waffle ($15), a hearty and filling dish that comprises fluffy scrambled eggs and chicken sausages atop fragrant pandan waffles. Diners also have the option to have their eggs served sunny-side up instead of scrambled.

Salmon lovers can go for The Land Before Avocado ($20), featuring two slices of sourdough toast with avocado, smoked salmon, and a sunny-side up egg.

A Moveable Feast ($14) is another popular pick. It is essentially a brioche toastie with either teriyaki chicken or smoked salmon. The former will set you back $14, and the latter $15. It is further enhanced with cheese, tomatoes, and greens. You’ll also get a side of potato chips to accompany your sandwich.

Alternatively, extra ingredients such as sauteed mushrooms ($4), chicken sausage ($5), and scrambled eggs ($3.50) can be added to the sandwich.

Those with a sweet tooth can get their cravings sorted with The Sweetness at the Bottom ($15), a classic combination of pandan waffles, berries, and ice cream. Ice cream flavours include Espresso, Dark Chocolate, and Watermelon Sorbet. If one scoop of ice cream isn’t enough, a double scoop will set you back $4 extra!

To wash it all down, go for their selection of espresso-based drinks, with notable mentions including the Flat White ($6.20), Espresso Matcha Fusion ($7), and Dirty Chai Latte ($6.80). The staple espresso blend that they use is also said to boast undertones of dark chocolate, hazelnuts, and molasses! For something non-caffeinated, go for their Hojicha Latte ($6) or Ruby Breakfast Tea ($5).
