Following the success of Korean pasta bar Noci at Suntec City, the brand behind the restaurant, Goldmoon Restaurant Group, has unveiled Noci Bakehouse at the same venue. The new cafe offers European-inspired pastries and comforting dishes in a homely setting.

Situated at Suntec City Tower 3, diners can look forward to an experience designed to mimic the “gentle charm of a countryside home”, with a carefully curated, peaceful ambience that evokes a sense of tranquility.

Besides feeling like you’re stepping into somebody’s home, the food served here lives up to the atmosphere as well. One of the first things that will capture your attention is the display of visually appealing artisanal pastries, spanning bagels, salt bread, and more.

Salt bread lovers will be spoilt for choice here, with a variety of Korean-inspired versions that have become a beloved trend among Singaporeans. Highlights include the classic Salt Bread ($4), Crispy Salt Bread ($5.50), and the elevated Castella Milk Cream Salt Bread ($5.90).

You will also be able to find a mix of classic and unconventional pastry selections here, such as their Orange Almond Croissant ($7), Spring Onion Cream Cheese Bagel ($7), Nutella Croissant ($7), and Chocolate Madeleine ($3.50).

Don’t miss out on their delightful cake cups with flavours including Mango, Tiramisu, Orange, Strawberry, and Green Grape ($9.50 each).

But their signature item is the Viral Butter Tteok ($2.50), AKA Korean crispy butter mochi, featuring a combination of glutinous rice and tapioca dough enriched with butter for a crispy exterior and chewy interior.

Beyond pastries, diners can also savour a wide variety of all-day brunch items. These include sandwiches with various fillings, such as the popular Cottage Beef Hot Sandwich ($14.50++), Roasted Chicken Sandwich ($13++), as well as the Smoked Salmon Croissant ($14++) and Egg Mayo Croissant ($11.50++). They also offer Classic French Toast ($15++), which can be topped with fruits and banana brulee for an additional $3++.

With Noci still drawing long queues since its opening in November last year, it is a clear testament to the quality of food the brand dishes out. It wouldn’t be a stretch to expect Noci Bakehouse to enjoy similar popularity!
