Sando fans, take note: Age.3, the Japanese fried sando specialist that’s gone viral for its crisp, golden sandwiches, is opening its first Singapore outlet at ION Orchard in mid-November 2026.

Since opening its Ginza store in December 2023, Age.3 has sold more than one million fried sandos worldwide, with queues at the Ginza shop reaching up to two hours. Each sando is fried and filled to order with Japanese milk bread baked fresh daily, giving it a crisp, golden exterior and a soft, chewy centre.

The Singapore menu will feature 34 sweet and savoury varieties. On the sweet side, the classic Whipped Cream Sando (price TBD) is made with low-sugar fresh whipped cream that’s prepared in-store and whipped by hand. Other flavours include the Chocolate Strawberry (price TBD), Mandarin Orange (price TBD), Mont Blanc (price TBD), and Creme Brulee Sando (price TBD).

If you prefer something savoury, consider ordering the Beef Short Rib Yakiniku Sando (price TBD), which comes with a special barbecue sauce and is topped with a soft-cooked egg. There’s also the Grilled Keema Curry (price TBD), Chicken Nanban (price TBD), and Grilled Cheese with Smoked Salmon (price TBD).

While we don’t have prices for the upcoming SG outlet, the sandwiches usually cost between ¥650 to ¥850 in Japan, which works out to roughly $5.30 to $6.90 at current exchange rates. Do note that prices here may differ.

The exact opening date has yet to be announced, but we’ll update this article with more information once we have it.
