Alchemist Coffee Opens New Minimalist Cafe At Robinson Road

Alchemist cafe opens at Robinson Road

Singapore has many cafes serving top-notch coffee, with Alchemist being one of them. The homegrown brand is known for its premium coffees and selection of house-roasted beans, available at its various locations around Singapore. Fans of the brand working in the CBD can look forward to getting their Alchemist coffee fix at their new outlet along Robinson Road.

The outlet is spacious and full of light, keeping in theme with Alchemist’s minimalistic branding. Expect decor accents with greens and rocks, mirroring the vibes of a futuristic. Japanese zen garden. There is a dine-in space too, one that is conducive for a quick remote working sprint, or just to chill with friends and colleagues.

Beverages here are primarily espresso-based, spanning the classic Espresso ($3.50), to Mocha (from $6). These are served hot or iced, with the option for dairy alternatives for an extra dollar. You get to choose your espresso roast as well, from a selection of three different blends.

Those lost for choice can opt for the Tres Mosqueteros, an award-winning blend.

There’s also a more affordable Batch Brew, priced at $3.50 for the regular size.

Filter coffees are another Alchemist specialty, with the roasts rotating seasonally. Their pour-overs start from $6.

Aside from coffees, the eatery also has a selection of pastries both savoury and sweet. While these rotate seasonally, most of them are priced at $5.50. If you can get your hands on their Yuzu Lemon Danish and Pistachio & Raspberry Cruffin, those are the two we’d recommend.

Alchemist also has several other outlets islandwide, including their Bukit Merah cafe, and their famed flagship in the Khong Ghuan Building along MacTaggart Road, so pay those a visit if you haven’t yet!
