Their Original Seafood Shio Soup stars a flavourful stock derived from sweet Hokkaido scallops. If you’re feeling something with a kick, add $1++ for their Spicy Miso Soup, that will surely warm you up in our current rainy weather.

At Amazing Hokkaido, their yakitori is a must, making for great sides to share on the table. Glazed in a savoury-sweet sauce, the Muroran Yakitori ($3.90++) stacks melty pork with onions for an extra crunch. Meanwhile, chicken-lovers will surely enjoy their in-house Tsukune Chicken Meat Ball (from $2.90++). Purists can have these skewers seasoned with just salt, while the more adventurous can opt for mentaiko mayonnaise or plum mayonnaise.Â
