We last heard of Baristart Coffee when they were whipping up brown sugar boba drinks and limited-edition coffee soft serves. They have now returned, this time with a new branch at Jewel Changi Airport, serving up their custard puffs, coffee and more to Easties.
Baristart Coffee is a Hokkaido-based coffee chain with their Singapore-based outlets located on Tras Street and in Sentosa. Following in the footsteps of other cafes such as %Arabica, Barisart Coffee has now opened their newest branch at Jewel Changi Airport in collaboration with Rumours Bar & Grill.
For those who havenāt heard of Rumours Bar & Grill, they are home to a variety of mains such as the filling Mixed Grill Platter ($58.80++). The latter is a sharing platter comprising striploin, pork chop, and lamb chopāgreat to enjoy with a few dining companions.
Baristart Coffee will be sharing the same shop space as Rumours Bar & Grill at Jewel Changi Airport for this collaboration. So, look forward to enjoying your coffee and food al fresco there as well.
If youāre not quite sure what to order, Baristart Coffee is best known for their IG-worthy Shiro Kuma ($9.80++), which is shaped in a cottony cloud to resemble a bear. Enjoy light, fluffy shaved ice coupled with chunks of fresh fruit.

We loved their Cream Puff ($4.50++ for one and $12.50++ for three pieces), also another popular pick by customers, with its crispy pastry and velvety lava custard.
The Hokkaido-based cafe will also be bringing their full range of coffees to Jewel Changi Airport so Easties can easily grab their daily caffeine dose from them. Do give their Biei Jersey Milk Coffee ($7.50++) a taste. It is a full-bodied glass of coffee, creamy and milky from the rich Hokkaido milk used.
