This Outdoor Italian BBQ Buffet Has Free-Flow Ribeye, Seafood And Pizzas Under $50

BBQ Under The Stars is an outdoor Italian barbecue buffet

You may know of Rubato as one of the most renowned Italian restaurants in Singapore, but recently, the joint has added something new to their repertoire: BBQ Under The Stars, an outdoor Italian food and barbecue buffet that offers diners a wide variety of eats for only $41.90++ per person.

The price is quite the steal considering the variety and the quality you get. The menu is divided into seven sections, from barbecue to mains, hand-stretched pizzas to desserts.

Under appetisers, you can expect Fresh Daily Air-Flown Oysters, though this starter is limited to five oysters a diner.

The Barbecue selection is really the main attraction, as it offers a wide selection of grilled seafood and meats. This includes Fresh Grilled Prawns, Tuscan Ribeye Steak, and Tuscan Sirloin Steak. There’s also the option to enjoy Fresh Catch Lobster, though each diner is only entitled to half a lobster, while stocks last.

All barbecue items are first marinated in a Northern Italian brine, with a variety of herbs, sea salt, paprika, and olive oil. Note that their items are grilled to order as well!

Aside from the grilled items, BBQ Under The Stars has a staggering array of Italian pasta and pizzas you can enjoy free flow. The former selection includes Baked Lasagna, Classic Spaghetti Carbonara, and even Aglio Olio with Tiger Prawns.

For pizzas, choose between flavours such as Hawaiian, Margherita, Cheese Explosion—which comes with four cheeses—and others.

Plenty of other sides, including fried bites, and desserts await. Finish off your meal with Panna Cotta, ice creams, or grilled fruit!

The entire BBQ Under The Stars eatery is housed under a canopy, so you won’t have to worry about the heat or the rain. The space is framed by warm lighting and natural greenery, perfect for date nights!
