Saporita touts itself as being the first Muslim-owned Italian eatery in Singapore. Prices are kept affordable with mains below $20 nett! A must-order is their signature Truffle Cheesewheel Pasta ($16), where fettuccine is cooked to order in a Grana Padano cheese wheel with truffle mushroom cream sauce, topped with shaved Grana Padano and black truffle pate, drizzled with truffle oil as a finishing touch.

We can’t forget about a key facet of Italian cuisine—gelato! Helmed by Italian Chef Loris Massimini, GelatiAmo is a gelato cafe located in Fusionopolis. Here, they store their gelato in pozzetto just like it’s done in Italy! Their gelato has a legit stretchy texture which we loved.
