Beef Bro Is Now Open At Hillion Mall, The Flame-Grilled Beef Cube Stall’s First Dine-In Concept

Beef Bro at Hillion Mall

Since their inauguration at the Geylang Serai Bazaar back in 2018, Beef Bro has rapidly popped up as food kiosks across the island, with six stalls under their belt to date. Last weekend, they added Hillion Mall to this list with their first-ever dine-in concept in Bukit Panjang.

Conveniently located right at Bukit Panjang MRT Station, expect both bar seats and tables. With a maximum capacity of about 20, you’ll now be able to enjoy your Beef Bro fix straight off the grill, along with smoothies and juices from their new Juice Up bar.

While we are now able to head across the causeway to resume our JB food trips, you can still get your hands on Ayam Ramly ($5) right here, with its signature egg-wrapped patty.

Beef Bro’s Signature Grills are available here, where you can choose a medley and get them served together on a platter. Options include Salt & Pepper Shortribs Beef Cubes ($9.90/$13.90), and the 1/2 Cheesy Mentaiko Whole Boston Lobster ($13.90)—the latter comes generously topped with mentaiko sauce and shreds of mozzerella, before it’s torched to a smoky finish.

Of course, fans of mala can go for Regular Mala Chicken Cubes ($13.90), spiked with numbing Sichuan peppercorns.

If you prefer pasta, there’s the Wagyu Steak Arrabbiata ($24.90), which comes with a tomato-based sauce and steak that’s cooked to a perfect pink within. Alternatively, get it with Aglio Olio for $23.50.

If pasta isn’t for you, there are also Beef Bro’s Ricebowls, and Nasi Lemak, where prices start from $5.20 for a Basic plate. Get Chicken Wings ($6.90), Curry Chicken ($8.90), and even Lobster ($15.90) for a more atas plate of this coconut rice dish.

For dessert, there’s a Banana Split with Caramel Popcorns ($8.50), where a selection of ice cream scoops are drizzled with chocolate sauce, and served with caramel popcorn, for a most indulgent finish.

For more food in Bukit Panjang, check out Mentai-ya for affordable mentaiko-doused rice bowls! There’s also The Hainan Story Bakery, the Hainan Story group’s first bakery concept, also located in Hillion Mall.
