Korean fried chicken lovers, you’ll want in on this: BHC Chicken has announced that their third outlet will be opening in Singapore at Taste Orchard, so you can now get their famous fried chicken without having to go to the CBD or the East. This new store is set to launch on 27 December 2023.
BHC Chicken made their Singaporean debut in Marina Square and swiftly followed that with their KINEX opening. If you’ve yet to dine at BHC Chicken because their first two outlets are too far, then their Orchard opening is your chance.
For those who may not be familiar with the brand, here’s the lowdown: BHC Chicken is one of the leading Korean fried chicken chains in South Korea, boasting nearly 2,000 outlets. Singapore was their fourth overseas opening, following successful ventures in Hong Kong, Los Angeles, and Malaysia.
Their famed Bburinkle Chicken is a must-try here. You get double-fried Korean chicken topped with a savoury cheese, onion, and garlic seasoning, and a creamy garlic-onion dip to enjoy as well. Prices start at $23.90++ for wings, but you do get boneless or whole chicken options.
If you prefer your fried chicken spicy, then BHC Chicken Orchard will also sell the Hot Bburinkle, Hot Retro, and Red King spicy options, for all yangnyeom chicken lovers.Â
Aside from fried chicken, the eatery will also sell a range of Korean street snacks, including tteokbokki, stews, fried rice, and more, so come hungry!
The KINEX outlet has exclusive items, so we look forward to seeing if BHC Chicken introduces anything new to the menu with this new opening. We’ve heard from a brand representative that there’ll be new sides including Cheese Twist (price TBD) launched in the near future!
