If you ask what the current food trend is, it’s still brown sugar everything. Oh, and bubble tea too – of course. I mean, just look at the amount of BBT stores popping up in Singapore like wildfire. And now, you can not only sip it up, but also indulge in brown sugar ice-cream at Bing Bing Ice-Cream Gallery.

Located at Tanjong Katong, the creamery is known for pushing out toothsome ice-cream concoctions, all of which are freshly made in the store. Serious R&D went behind creating their Brown Sugar Ice-Cream, which features brown sugar with velvety cream. In fact, it is tweaked to ensure it’s not too sweet and well balanced. Just like all ice-cream, this cool treat will def’ make a good refresher on a hot sunny day.

Priced at $3.90 a scoop, the ice-cream comes with free bubble tea toppings when you mention “Eatbook” at the counter! However, note that you can’t dapao this treacly treat home, as the pearls can only be kept for a day. The brown sugar pearls are only available at their Tanjong Katong outlet, so head over for a true taste of brown sugar boba milk in ice-cream form.

Aside from the Brown Sugar flavour, they also have other interesting creations such as Horlicks, Pineapple Rum, Avocado Gula Melaka, and Bobor Chacha. Do note that they rotate their flavours every day, so you have to call in advance to find out their menu for the day.
