Ah Mah Homemade Cake’s Blanket Castella Roll

The winding queues at Ah Mah Homemade Cake outlets are set to form again, as they present an all new item on the menu: Blanket Castella Roll. While it may look like an ordinary swiss roll, the base is expected to be pillowy soft, as it is made from the same recipe as their famous castella cake. The cakes will be available from 19 April 2018 at all outlets.

Plus, you can also build your own swiss rolls by selecting your preferred base, spread, and range of toppings. Cake bases include Rich Chocolate, Fragrant Pandan and Earthy Sesame, while the spreads comprise Kaya Coconut, Crunchy Choco, Luscious Cream Cheese and Classic Strawberry. Finish it off with a smattering of Crushed Nuts, Roasted Mixed Sesame, Chocolate Rice or Coconut Flakes.
