If you’re a cat lover looking for a cosy hangout spot with some furry friends, you’re in for a treat. We’ve rounded up a list of the best cat cafes in Singapore where you can sip on coffee while cuddling with cats, which range from gentle British shorthairs to playful ragamuffins.


1. Meomi Cat Cafe

Having been around since 2014, Meomi Cat Cafe is considered one of the pioneers of the scene. You’ll find seven floofy cats, including ragamuffins and maine coons, in this Bishan cafe.

The initial hour is priced at $14 per adult and $7 per child, inclusive of a complimentary drink. Following that, each additional half hour incurs a charge of $5 per adult and $3 per child. Some drinks you can get here include the Cappucino ($3.50) and Caffe Mocha ($4), which you can pair with sweet treats such as Oreo Cheesecake ($6.50) and Belgium Waffle ($4).

2. NekoTown Cat Cafe

The cat cafe with the most reviews on Google Maps—and by quite some distance—is NekoTown Cat Cafe. It is also the most affordable one to visit on this list, as you only have to pay $9 per hour you spend with NekoTown’s over 14 cats. You also get a free flow of drinks! Aside from functioning as cat cafes do, NekoTown also offers a range of feline-focused services, such as grooming and professional breeding.

3. Gem Cat Cafe

Gem Cat Cafe is unique in that it is home to just one type of cat: the much-beloved British shorthair. There are six of these chonkers in the cafe, and depending on how well they take to you, you may be able to have a cuddle or two with them.

You’ll have to pay $18 for a maximum of two hours with the cats and one free scoop of gelato. If you’d like to get some drinks to go along with the experience, there are options such as Vanilla Latte (from $5.50), Sea Salt Carameal (from $5.50), and Oolong Strawberry ($5).

4. Catopia

Another popular cat cafe in Bugis, Catopia is the dwelling of 10 adorable cats who you can interact with or simply observe as you enjoy a cup of coffee. To enter, you’ll have to pay $15 per hour on weekends or holidays, or the same price per 90 minutes on weekdays.

As for food and drinks, you can treat yourself to some Hojicha Latte (from $7.50) or Osmanthus Sencha (from $7) here, and you can pair that with some Waffles (price TBD) as well.

5. Cat Paradise

If a utopia for cats isn’t enough for you, check out Cat Paradise instead. Touted as “Singapore’s first cage-less cat adoption center and cat cafe in one”, this cafe lets you chill out with cats over some drinks and, should one of them catch your fancy, bring them home with you. An hour of cat interaction here will set you back $18, and from the second hour onwards, you’ll have to pay $12.

6. Pat-A-Cat

Like the previous entry, Pat-A-Cat allows you to adopt the cats that inhabit this cafe. In fact, all the cats you find there, who have all been rescued from the streets, are up for adoption. An hour of playtime with these cats is priced at $15, which is inclusive of a drink of your choice. In terms of a la carte, however, options here are more limited: Latte or Cappuccino will set you back $4, while some Ham and Cheese Sandwiches cost $6.

7. The Cat Cafe

The Cat Cafe can be found in Bugis yet again, and despite stiff competition, the cafe manages to draw a regular stream of cat lovers. For the first two hours, you’ll have to spend $18 to pat the lovely cats here, and for each additional half-hour thereafter, you’ll have to add on $4.50. You’ll also get one complimentary soft drink for your visit.

The food options at this cafe are a little more substantial than a few others on this list. You can have your fill of dishes such as Chicken Wrap ($8), Lasagne ($10), and Baked Chicken Rice ($10). As for drinks, you’ve got Flavoured Latte ($7), Root Beer Float ($6) and more.

Meownistry of Meow is more than just your average cat cafe—it’s a cat-friendly co-working space where you can spend your nine to six alongside feline friends.

You’ll have to pay for “passes” that entitle you to a certain amount of time in the space. $10 will get you a one-hour pass, $18 a two-hour pass, $50 a 10-hour pass, and $30 a one-day pass. During that period, you will get free-flow drinks, which includes coffee.

9. Wildflower Studio

If Wildflower Studio doesn’t sound like the name of the cat cafe, that’s because it isn’t entirely one. Branded as an “art jamming cat cafe”, Wildflower Studio lets you flex your artistic muscles as the resident cats roam about the space freely! To use the space, the first hour will cost $20, with additional charges of $8 on weekdays and $10 on weekends for subsequent hours. This will also entitle you to a complimentary drink of your choice and materials for crafting the perfect painting.

10. The Caffeine Experience

The Caffeine Experience is a social enterprise for ex-offeners and cat cafe rolled into one. You can expect plenty of adorable cats in the place, as well as a decent range of food and drinks. To get access to the cats, however, you’ll need to pay a fee of $6.90 for 20 minutes or $17 for an hour.

Drink options here include Mocha Coco ($7.50) and Dirty Coffee ($6.80). As you sip on these, you can satisfy your stomach with grains, pasta, pastry and more.
