Despite the affordable prices, the variety of ingredients for you to feast on is quite impressive. On the seafood side of things, you’ve got crayfish, crabs, prawns, bamboo clams, lala, scallops and more. You can enjoy these ingredients barbecued or simmered in hotpot broth, which includes flavours such as mala, tom yam, and tomato.

As for meat, there are various cuts of pork, beef, lamb and more to choose from, often in different types of flavourful marinade.
