Cinnabon Opens New Outlet In Jewel Changi, Now Halal-Certified

Cinnabon opens in Jewel Changi

Easties that love the famous American cinnamon bun franchise, Cinnabon, will be delighted to hear that the brand is finally coming to the area. That’s right, Cinnabon Jewel Changi Airport is opening its doors on 2 June, at 11am.

This is their first outlet in the east, following their ION Orchard and Raffles City establishments. The takeaway kiosk will be located near the iconic Rain Vortex landmark.

Also, more great news! Cinnabon has just received halal certification, making their cinnamon buns more accessible than ever.

If you’ve never tried Cinnabon before, here’s the lowdown. The brand is originally from Seattle, and has been around since 1985. Today, they have over 1,800 outlets worldwide.

They’ve built their reputation on their signature Cinnabon ($6.80), where soft gooey dough is baked with a Makara cinnamon glaze and a sticky-sweet cream cheese frosting.

You’ll find different flavoured interpretations of the Cinnabon available as well, including the popular Caramel PecanBon ($7.60), with a caramel frosting and pecans for some crunch. They also have smaller MiniBons, which come in different flavours, like the chocolate-sauced Mini Chocobon ($4.70).

Another recommendation is their Roll On The Go ($4.70), where you get their classic Cinnabon cut into easy-to-eat pieces and served in a cup with your choice of sauce.

Aside from these cinnamon buns and bakes, Cinnabon Jewel Changi will also have a range of frozen blended coffee beverages, lemonades, and hot coffees.

If you’re stuck on which flavour to try, watch our video below where we try everything, and give you our ratings.

Cinnabon Jewel isn’t the only buzz-worthy new opening in June that you should take note of. It was recently announced that Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out, two huge American fast food chains, are coming to Singapore for pop-ups!

Address: 78 Airport Boulevard, #B2-266, Jewel, Singapore 819666
Opening hours: Daily 10am to 9pm
