For affordable yusheng that doesn’t skimp on the ingredients, consider the Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng ($58) and Prosperity Abalone Yu Sheng ($68), available at all Han’s and Hanis outlets from now till 15 February. The former comes with smoked salmon, while the latter comes with abalone slices. Both options include an assortment of colourful shredded veggies, spices and sauces to symbolise good luck and prosperity for the new year.
