The exhibit spotlights a variety of Singapore’s heritage dishes from Hainanese chicken rice to laksa, the ingredients that have shaped them, and how these dishes have contributed to moulding the culture of the Singaporean Chinese.
While the Secret Ingredients showcase offers food for thought, the Sedap Singapura Food Fair offers an array of delicious snacks and other small bites you can actually munch on.Â
