COLLIN’s chicken chop is said to be perfectly seared till crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle. You also get sweet-savoury BBQ pork ribs, along with spaghetti aglio olio, corn cob, mesclun salad, and black pepper sauce.

For something lighter, consider the Grilled Barramundi ($22++), complete with spaghetti aglio olio, corn cob, mesclun salad, and black pepper sauce.
