Welcome wealth and good fortune into the Year of the Tiger with their new Opulence 3-head Abalone Yusheng ($128/$198). This time, Group Executive Chef Martin Foo cleverly used ingredients such as gold flakes, edible flowers, red dragonfruit, and blow-torched Australian abalone slices that not only add pops of vibrant colours for a prosperous look, but also a variety of delicate flavours as well.

Those who usually gravitate towards the crunchy crackers in yusheng will also enjoy the deep-fried yam strips and beehoon bits, which add a novel difference in texture too.

Crystal Jade fans will also be spoilt for choice by a selection of chef-specials, unique to each Crystal Jade restaurant. Notable mentions include the standout Poached Rice With Oyster, Preserved Vegetable and Dried Shrimp in Superior Broth ($20.80) that is only available at Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao and Crystal Jade Jiang Nan outlets.

Head to Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen if you’re big on seafood, as their menu boasts a Crisp-Fried Boston Lobster With Pork Floss ($88/600g) that’s aromatic and addictive. There’s also a Fortune Fried Glutinous Rice With Sakura Shrimp ($22.80), delivering savoury mouthfuls embedded with umami shrimp flavours.

Celebrate in the comfort of your home by ordering in from Crystal Jade’s exclusive CNY takeaway menu. There are a la carte items to choose from, and we recommend getting the classic Buddha Jump Over The Wall at $88 per portion.

Available with a minimum order of two portions, this robustly flavoured soup will impress your guests with a stock that is slow-boiled for over six hours, using only premium ingredients such as whole eight-head abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, cordyceps flower, conpoy and more.

Opt for home delivery priced from $25, or simply collect your orders directly at selected Crystal Jade outlets. You can either place your order at restaurants and even bakery outlets until 15 February, or online until 10 February here. Do note that prices are subject to prevailing GST and service charge where applicable.
