Lunch plans just got a whole lot easier if you happen to be working in the town. To celebrate the launch of their latest outlet at 313@Somerset, Dosirak is offering their signature bibimbap bowls at just $1 from 7 to 9 June 2019.

Most of us are used to messily mixing our bibimbap with a spoon and fork on a stone pot. But Dosirak takes things up a notch with their DIY rice bowls that are great for takeaway—and fun to eat.

First, choose from 10 different mains and five sides, before completing your meal with a base of your choice. Bases include rice and buckwheat noodles. Then, add your chosen sauce into the mix before giving the container a vigorous shake! Sorta like Mcdonald’s shaker fries!

It may be the inexplicable thrill of shaking your own rice bowl, or it could be the spicy and citrusy notes from their signature apple cider gochujang. Either way, a lil’ magic happens when you mix it all together. The sauce binds the different ingredients together and lifts their individual flavours with its piquant zing.

If you’re unsure of what to try, we recommend their Beef Bulgogi ($9.90). Featuring large chunks of marinated beef, this rice bowl offers protein in spades. Furthermore, the meat is patiently sous-vide for three days, so expect it to thrill you with its tender bite.

All of their rice bowls are under 500 calories so you can def’ enjoy a filling meal without worrying about the weight gain. Swap your rice for their cauliflower rice ($3) to up your #health game even more.

Dosirak offers rice bowls which can be eaten on-the-go, so it’s something to consider grabbing if you are rushing between places during lunch or dinner. And with their bibimbap typically priced between $7.90 to $12.90, you will get a good bang for your dollar with this $1 promotion.

That being said, this offer is limited to the first 50 diners daily, so it’s best to reach early!
