Chocolate lovers, this one’s for you! Step into cocoa paradise with The Cocoa Connection, a chocolate-themed buffet by Edge at Pan Pacific Singapore, in partnership with Classic Fine Foods.
From 1 October to 8 November 2026, look forward to a chocolate haven of both desserts and savoury dishes, including chocolate-infused meats, fondue, pastries and more.
Available daily from 6pm to 10pm, prices start from $108++ for adults and $54++ for children from Monday to Thursday and $118++ and $59++ from Friday to Sunday, respectively, inclusive of free-flow soft drinks.
Most people think of dessert when they hear “chocolate,” but the real showstopper here is how it’s worked into meat dishes. The highlight of this spread is the unique pairing of chocolates and meats, such as the Oven-roasted Leg of Lamb with Cocoa Spice Rub and the Braised Pork Rib with Dark Cocoa and Coffee Glaze, featuring a bittersweet aroma from the finest cocoa.Â
Weekend diners can feast on the glorious Charcoal-grilled Chocolate-fed Wagyu Beef, available from Friday to Sunday. The Wagyu’s chocolate-enriched diet provides subtle notes of sweetness that go perfectly with the deep and smoky char from the charcoal, alongside chocolate jus and caramelised onion for more bursts of flavour.
If you’ve ever wondered what The Elf’s candy pasta tastes like, pique your curiosity with the Truffle and Wild Mushroom Ragout with 75% Dark Chocolate Shavings that pairs rich dark chocolate with earthy hints of truffle and mushroom. Pamper your tastebuds even further with the Spinach Ricotta Crepe au Gratin with Cocoa Crisps, which uses chocolate as a crispy, textural element.
White chocolate fans are not excluded—there’s also Grilled Japanese Corn on the Cob with White Chocolate Miso Fondue, creating a harmonious balance of sweet and umami.
Of course, no chocolate buffet would be complete without dessert. Look forward to their delightful array of specialty desserts, including the Chocolate Vanilla Cake, French Chocolate Mousse, Cocoa Fruit Jelly with Soursop and more. The restaurant also recommends trying Edge’s Signature Hazelnut Royaltine for a decadent and nutty crunch. There’s even a live station of freshly made Chocolate Souffle, served warm and topped with whipped cream, berry compote, and vanilla sauce.Â
Pro-tip: dine in on 2 October 2026 and enjoy a special chocolate creation at the live station.
