If you’re up for something fancy this Ramadan, check out Elfuego—the first halal restaurant concept by COLLIN’S—at Jewel Changi Airport. They have released Singapore’s first eight-course halal omakase menu which runs from 22 March to 21 April 2023. This omakase menu is priced at $98++ a person.

Start off your meal with the Ceviche of Hokkaido Scallop, which sees fresh scallops imported from Hokkaido topped with Japanese cucumbers, and dressed with a tangy ponzu sauce.

An appetiser that’s sure to whet your appetite is the Lobster Pasta, where angel hair pasta is served with premium U.S lobster meat that’s been tossed with lobster oil and kelp.

Another highlight on the omakase menu is Crab Croquette, which features deep-fried blue crab that’s crispy on the outside. It also comes topped with spicy salsa sauce for an additional spicy-sour kick.

For mains, look forward to Slow-Cooked U.S. Beef Short Rib, which stars a huge chunk of the bone-in rib sitting atop medley of cubed vegetables that includes carrots, mushrooms, and potatoes.

Moving on from the beef, you also have Pan-Roasted Barramundi, where a thick slab of the white fish is served with braised leek and potatoes, then slathered with a creamy butter sauce.
