Those who frequent Tanjong Pagar may be familiar with First Grill Signature & The Chill Club, a restaurant-cum-bar that’s notable for its use of JOSPER charcoal ovens to create its gloriously smoky meat dishes. While its specialities aren’t what most would call cheap, the restaurant has recently introduced an all-day weekday lunch menu—that means a rotating cast of affordable eats at First Grill!

Here’s the full menu:

These $5++ items are limited to one portion per pax, but some of these look hearty enough that they’d suffice as a light lunch.

Standouts include the Mac & Cheese Pizza, which is available on Fridays. This pizza seems suitable for one, and is topped with a blanket of mac and cheese goodness.

Pasta fans will enjoy the Shrimp Pasta, available every Thursday. It’s a decent heap of linguine with shrimps scattered throughout.

Wednesday’s Beef Burger makes for a nice lunch option, too. While the burger isn’t the biggest around, its thick patty and side of fries means it is a steal for just $5++.

If you’re still in the mood for more food once you’ve consumed these affordable delights, perhaps you can give First Grills’ signature dishes a shot! Those who enjoy a good steak will find much to love with the Australian Grass-Fed Ribeye ($29++), while those looking for another affordable option can get The Signature Chicken Chop ($12++).
