If you’ve been an avid cafe-hopper for a while now, you would know of Flock Cafe, a popular brunch spot in Tiong Bahru that’s been around since 2012. This cosy cafe serves up hearty all-day brunch fare in the form of croissants, pastas, and pancakes, mostly under $20!

A signature item is their House Pancakes ($15.80), a simple breakfast of fluffy pancakes with crispy bacon and scrambled eggs. Another popular pick is the Waffles with Scrambled Eggs & Crispy Bacon ($17.50), which swaps out the pancakes for freshly baked waffles.

They also have Club Pancakes ($17.80) for those who want something more filling; this plate comes with savoury pancakes, sausage, ham, sunny-side up, and salad on the side.

Alternatively, order the Scrambled Eggs & Croissant with Smoked Salmon ($17.70), a loaded croissant sandwich that’ll fill you up in no time.

Those who want something more classic for brekkie can try the Eggs Sally ($17.70), which stars two poached eggs and smoked salmon atop a thick brioche slice, slathered with a creamy hollandaise sauce.

Besides breakfast fare, you’ll also find other savoury dishes such as House-made Burger ($18) and Pork Cheek Rigatoni ($16.50) on the menu. Most of the mains are under $20, and prices are nett too!

Flock Cafe is tucked in the quiet residential estate in Moh Guan Terrace, a seven-minute walk from Tiong Bahru MRT Station. If that’s out of the way for you, they have another newer outlet along Tanjong Katong Road.

Another must-visit cafe in the Tiong Bahru hood is Micro Bakery, which has IG-worthy sandos and freshly baked cakes.
