We are always up for free food. And Brotherbird by Stateland Cafe is giving away free mochi croissants to test run their new concept, Brotherbird Milk & Croissants!
The pop-up will be held at their production house in CT Hub 2, and is set to run everyday this week from 12pm to 5pm. There, you gobble up as many mochi croissants as you want, on the house! The only thing they ask for in return is your honest feedback about their new creations!

Items to look forward to at the pop-up include their Original Mochi Croissant, Sticky Buns and Hae Bee Hiam Mochi Croissant.

If you don’t know who Brotherbird is, well, they are the dessert section of Bali Lane’s Stateland Cafe that’s famous for their Insta-worthy mochi bakes topped with unique-flavoured soft serves – think White Chrysanthemum and Cookie Dough.
They’ve never disappointed us with their chewy bakes before, so we daresay their new mochi croissant will definitely be worth a trip down to Lavender Street.
