If you’re looking for something to bring your foodie friends to, bookmark GastroBeats, a food festival set to take place from 3 to 26 June 2022 at the Bayfront Event Space.
There will be two main sections to check out: Local Streets and Culinary Masters. The former will showcase over 20 food vendors, including traditional hawker dishes, alongside modernised concepts and home-based businesses. There’ll also be retail kiosks if you’re in the mood to shop, and you can explore the exciting pop-ups and games on the festival grounds.
The second portion of the festival will see exclusive collaboration menus by notable chefs including Sarah Todd, a former contestant of MasterChef Australia, and Genevieve Lee, Runner-up of MasterChef Singapore Season 1. Entry and tasting menus are priced from $70 per person.

Other noteworthy mentions are Ah Lim Nasi Lemak, Haig Road Putu Piring, and Praffles, which offers unique prata-waffles in flavours including Truffle Cheese, Rainbow, and Assam Pedas.
On top of all that, kids and those who are young at heart can look forward to a massive food-themed playground by Jumptopia. There will be eight different inflatables, including Bell’s Patisserie, which features life-sized doughnuts and croissants, and Honey’s Boba Tea Place, a bubble tea-inspired concept.
