With so many bubble tea joints popping up, it’s only wise that brands find ways to be a notch above the rest. And Gong Cha has decided to up the BBT game among the big players with a new bite to complement their drinks. That is right, they are moving away from unique bubble tea drinks and ice-cream creations to come up with a new boba souffle pancakes!

Only available at their Gong Cha Causeway Point outlet, the Boba Fluffy Pancake is priced at $5.80 and comes with a jiggly stack of two fluffy souffle pancakes boasting lashings of cream and pearls. There are two flavours to choose from, and based on the photo, we are guessing it’s cream and strawberry.

Don’t swing by there before noon though, as the pancakes are only up for grabs between 12pm and 9pm. Plus, you might need to exert some patience, as based on comments on their Instagram, you will need to wait around 30-minutes for them to get this fluffy pancakes ready.

This is not the first time Gong Cha created a BBT pancake. During their collaboration with tokidoki at the Shilin Night Market in April, the BBT brand also served up a boba pancake with some fruits at the side.

Aside from bubble tea pancakes, they will also be serving their Brown Sugar Boba Soft Serve ($3.80) at this Causeway Point outlet. Have them together for the ultimate treat!

If Causeway Point is too far for you, head down to newly open Gram Cafe & Pancake at Vivo City to sate your jiggly pancakes craving. Hailing from Osaka, this Japanese cafe only pushes out 90 servings of their signature pancakes a day!
