Goodwood Park Hotel Durian Buffet Is Back In April, Get Free-Flow Durian Pizza And More

Goodwood Park Hotel durian buffet is back from April 2025

Great news for fans of the thorny king of fruits: Goodwood Park Hotel’s annual durian buffet is back! Running at the hotel’s Coffee Lounge from 4 April to 10 August 2025, the dessert buffet is part of their Durian Fiesta, and presents new pastry creations alongside all-time favourites. You can look forward to assorted durian-infused cakes, torched marshmallow durian ice cream, and even durian pizza for this year’s lineup.

The durian buffet is priced at $65++ per adult and $39++ per child. It is available for dinner on Fridays, lunch on Sundays, and both lunch and dinner on Saturdays.

This year’s unique addition is the Torched Marshmallow Durian Ice Cream, a playful twist on your typical torched marshmallow. Creamy D24 durian ice cream is wrapped in a soft marshmallow on a stick that’s gently torched to achieve a brown caramelised exterior.

The contrast between the cold durian ice cream and the warm torched marshmallow was irresistible, that it kept my colleague and me going back for more.

We also enjoyed the D24 Sourdough Pizza, a hearty pepperoni pizza slathered with luscious durian paste. Despite the unconventional combination, the sweetness of the durian paste and the savouriness of the pepperoni paired surprisingly well together.

We also had the D24 Blueberry Dream. You get a sweet durian moose atop blueberry mousse, topped with a blueberry, white chocolate, edible flowers, and a light dollop of whipping cream. The sweet and tart blueberries helped to mellow down the rich durian mousse, making this a delightful treat even for those who can’t take too much durian at once.

Another crowd favourite brought back from 2024’s buffet is the D24 Puff—creamy D24 mousse sandwiched between fluffy choux pastry cases.

Keep a lookout for Goodwood Park Hotel’s iconic desserts too, specifically the D42 Mousse Cake.

If you’d like something savoury to accompany the sweets, try Coffee Lounge’s Hainanese Chicken Rice ($25++) or Laksa Singapura ($25++), among other local dishes. Those who opt for an a la carte main can simply top up $50++ to enjoy the durian dessert buffet.
