Located at Holiday Inn Singapore Little India, this new restaurant offers the best of Indian street food with a modern touch, all within stylish yet nostalgic interiors inspired by the bustling alleyways of India.

Gully’s diverse menu balances beloved classics with surprising, innovative creations. A great example of the latter is Gully’s Signature Tacos ($18++), which comes with three tacos of your choice. Options include the Tandoori Chicken, Tandoori Fish, and Smoked Paneer, all of which include the smoky, spiced flavours of their namesake ingredient. They are joined by toppings such as mint chutney and puffed quinoa, all wrapped in soft tortilla shells.

Another creative dish is the Bara Bazaar Puchka ($14++), where pani puri are served with shots of an aromatic and tangy mint chutney. Don’t mistake them for vodka shots—the concoction is meant to be poured into the shells, so you get the full experience of crispy puri giving way to a flavourful mix of mashed potatoes, onions, chickpeas and more.

But if you’re more into the classics, try the immaculate Smoked Butter Chicken ($24++). Rich, creamy, slightly sweet, and boasting an addictive smokiness, this dish pairs perfectly with the Garlic Butter Naan ($7++).

Seafood fans will love the Tandoori Jhinga ($20++), where sizeable and juicy tandoor-grilled prawns are paired with a herbaceous yoghurt sauce.

For a heartier dish, order the Ladi Pav Bhaji ($18++). This features house-made ladi pav—soft, fluffy bread rolls perfect for dipping into the accompanying fragrant mashed vegetable curry.

Don’t forget your vegetables! Order the Charred Malai Broccoli ($20++), featuring large grilled broccoli florets coated in a rich cashew cream, finished with toasted almonds and a sprinkle of parsley.

Top off your meal at Gully’s alfresco bar, where you can enjoy inventive cocktails in a rooftop garden setting.

Some cocktails to try here include the Curry Leaf Margarita ($16++), Tamarind Ginger Margarita ($16++), and Little Chennai ($18++), the latter a fusion of kaya butter toast and a whiskey sour.

And just in time for Diwali, Gully has the limited-edition Gully Mithai Sweet Box ($60+) for gifting or sharing with friends and family.

Inside this gorgeously designed box are a total of 10 Indian sweets in five flavours: melt-in-your-mouth motichoor laddus, pista rolls loaded with nutty pistachio, sweet anjeer barfi, fragrant rose barfi, and saffron-infused kesar peda. This box is available for pre-order on Gully’s website.
