Growing up, Häagen-Dazs represented the pinnacle of all ice-cream. It was a luxury which I painstakingly saved pocket money for, and one which I relished with every bite.
If you’re a hardcore fan of Häagen-Dazs ice-cream like me, you’ll be glad to hear about their latest event: Free Scoop Day on 31 May 2019. The event will have Häagen-Dazs giving away a free scoop of ice-cream at their Hilton Walkway outlet.
Don’t worry about the lack of choices, as you can choose from any flavour. Personally, I’m looking forward to enjoying a scoop of their Rum Raisin. The raisins are soaked in rum for six weeks, resulting in an alcoholic fragrance which perfumes the ice-cream.
To get in on this, simply follow Häagen-Dazs and like their post on either Facebook or Instagram. Oh, and of course, soldier through the snaking queue there.
Thankfully, the window of the promotion is open from between 5pm and 9pm, so you don’t have to skip work to attend the event. That being said, this promotion is limited to the first 500 customers, so it’s best not to arrive too late as well.
Heading down to their Hilton Walkway outlet also comes with the additional perk of checking out their revamped cafe. The window seating there now comes with lots of ventilation and natural lighting. Furthermore, with lush greenery in its vicinity, there are many backdrops for you to showcase your free ice-cream on IG.
However, do note that the ice-cream will be distributed in cups. If you prefer to enjoy the crunchiness of their cones, you will have to top up an additional $1.
Now that you know about this, bookmark this page, grab your closest friends, and end the week on a right note with the sweet joy of free ice-cream!
