Haidilao hotpot is a solid go-to for group gatherings, date nights, or even solo dining adventures. If you’re in the mood for something more smoky than soupy, though, you’d be chuffed to know that Haidilao BBQ grill set meals have just been launched. Prices start from just $19.90 for a solo set, and you can currently get it at four outlets in Singapore: Marina Square, City Square Mall, Seletar Mall, and Royal Square Novena.

The solo set comes with a vegetable platter of corn, assorted mushrooms, and potato slices—all very BBQ-friendly staples. It also contains fresh lettuce leaves, perfect to cut through the richness of the grilled meats with, and great for making your own lettuce wraps, K-BBQ-style. Protein-wise, you can get a good variety with both melt-in-your-mouth pork belly and juicy chicken slices.

Grill-exclusive condiments will be provided, namely garlic cloves to toast into charred and crispy chips, Haidilao’s signature dipping sauce, and a house-made spice mix to give your grilled meats a kick of flavour and caramelisation.

Duo sets are priced from $69.90. You might be wondering why there’s quite a jump in price from the solo sets. Besides the bigger portion, the ingredients offered here are also more premium. These include Haidilao’s signature beef slices, beef short ribs, fresh prawns, prawn glue, and luncheon meat.

True to Haidilao’s renowned service standards, you can request special protective sleeves if you’re concerned about oil splatters. For the truly squeamish, the staff are on standby to help you with all the grilling. You can just sit back, relax, and wait for the meat to be cooked to perfection before your eyes.
