Spilled Roaster Brews is a micro-roastery and home cafe in Tampines North with quality coffee and matcha beverages under $6. There’s no upcharge for iced drinks, too! You can get a double shot of espresso at just $3, and the coffee bean selection changes weekly based on what’s available. Matcha fans can try their Matcha Latte, well-priced at $5.50. If you liked what you tried, consider bagging home their house-roasted beans, priced between $16 to $20 for a 200g packet. Alternatively, grab a bottled white or black coffee at $5 before you leave.

Brewprint Coffee is a popular home cafe along Tampines Street 22 with a 4.9-star rating on Google. They offer interesting coffee concoctions, including Cinnamon Latte ($5.90) and Iced Blackforest Macchiato ($6.90). You get to choose from two types of beans; the last we checked, the options were the nutty Brazil Rio Brihante and fruity Ethiopia Sakicha (+$0.50). If you’re a matcha girlie, consider their Avo’ Matcha Latte ($7), where fresh milk and sweet avocado puree are paired with earthy matcha.Â

Coffee with a corgi? Count us in! Baobei Coffee is a pet-friendly home cafe in the new Tampines North estate, with well-priced drinks under $5. You’ll be greeted by the homeowner’s corgi, Scottie, here—reason enough to visit. Purists can get the Noir Classic ($3.50), AKA americano, or Cloud Hug ($4), which refers to a latte. Otherwise, the Bed of Roses ($4.50), which combines coffee with bandung, is another popular option.
You’ll have to DM them to find out their exact location and book an appointment if you wish to dine in. Otherwise, takeaways are available too.

That Place is a home-based business in Tampines Street 21, with innovative, experimental coffee flavours. Besides the classic Black ($5) and White ($5.50), you’ll find unique dessert-like concoctions such as Lemon Pie ($6), where bold coffee is capped with a tangy lemon-spiked cream. Those who love Luckin Coffee’s Minty Coconut Latte might enjoy the Minty Blanc ($6), which is essentially a creamy latte infused with mint syrup.

Hamamachi Coffee is another home cafe in the Tampines North estate. Prices start at $4.50 for a Black coffee, with no extra charges for iced drinks. Their flavoured coffees are also popular, with highlights such as Nutty White ($5.50), which combines hazelnut, milk, and espresso, Rose Latte ($5.50), and Summer Breeze ($5.50): espresso with orange juice.
Do note that Hamamachi is only open on selected dates; for April, they’re open on 13, 20, and 27, from 9am to 1pm. Orders and collection timings are done through IG, so be sure to drop them a DM in advance!
