Sentosa food guide

If you’re in Sentosa for Universal Studios Singapore’s Halloween Horror Nights, fish-watching at S.E.A. Aquarium, or sun-tanning at one of the beach clubs, our Sentosa food guide will come in handy. We’ve compiled the best cafes and restaurants in different parts of the island, including a famous Korean bakery, a Japanese hamburg eatery, and an Australian dessert spot.

1. MinsuizenRaku

Omakase and teppanyaki in a fancy resort for under $100, in this economy? Say no more. Award-winning teppanyaki omakase brand MinsuizenRaku has opened at Amara Sanctuary Resort, bringing their affordable chef’s choice sets to Sentosa after going viral following their Fraser Tower debut. The new outlet is said to be Singapore’s first teppanyaki omakase restaurant inside a luxury resort villa hotel, making it a worthy pick for your next Sentosa date night or celebratory meal.

Their 12-course teppanyaki omakase menu is priced at $88++, with their spring line-up featuring premium ingredients prepared grilled right before you. While courses change each quarter, diners can currently expect to feast on fresh seasonal fish, scallops with salmon roe, black tiger prawns, and boneless chicken thighs on the menu, among others.

If you feel like splurging, there are three other menu tiers, each with progressively more atas hero ingredients such as A5 Japanese Wagyu. Take your pick from the Premium Course ($138++), Classic Course ($188++), and Deluxe Course ($248++), depending on how indulgent you want the meal to be.

Reserve your table at MinsuizenRaku here.

2. Niku Niku Oh Kome

Cheap Japanese food is hard to come by, but Niku Niku Oh Kome at the newly opened Weave mall at Resorts World Sentosa comes through with mains under $20++.

The eatery is known for their Wagyu hamburg, which is available in either the 2 Original Steak ($16.80++) or 3 Original Steak ($18.80++) set, depending on how peckish you are. Each set comes with miso soup, free-flow rice, and an egg of your choice: onsen egg or raw pasteurised egg yolk! Both options come served in the house-made teriyaki sauce.

3. Pierre Herme

Renowned pastry chef Pierre Herme has opened his largest and grandest flagship store in Singapore. This two-storey cafe features a vibrant macaron display and more on the first floor, while the second floor doubles as a restaurant.

Since Pierre Herme is known for their macarons, we urge you to try at least one of the 18 flavours available. Each piece is priced at $4.50. Yes, this is pricey given the tiny portion size, but with unique, seasonal flavours such as Olea, a tomato leaf and black olive combination, and Indulgence, which stars mint and peas, it’s worth a try. Alternatively, consider the Ispahan ($18) instead: a macaron biscuit with raspberry sorbet, chantilly cream, and raspberry coulis.

4. SKIRT Restaurant

Dempsey Hill isn’t the only romantic date spot in Singapore—there’s also SKIRT Restaurant at W Singapore, Sentosa Cove, where you can treat your loved one to a hearty meal amid a fancy and elegant ambience.

The restaurant specialises in open-fire cooking, which is why the Akune Gold A5 Wagyu (from $100++) is a must-try. You get 80g or 160g of tender and juicy Wagyu steak sourced from Japan, best paired with Grilled Broccolini ($15++) or Smoked Mashed Potatoes ($15++). If the prices are out of your budget, the Grilled Shirobuta Pork Collar ($48++) is a great alternative that’s tasty and filling.

Address: 21 Ocean Way, W Singapore, Sentosa Cove, Singapore 098374

5. Standard Bread

Plenty of new Korean eateries have opened in 2025, and one of them is Standard Bread at Weave. This cottagecore bakery is recognised for its freshly baked loaves, but the menu also includes brunch items and drinks if you want a full meal.

The Basil Tomato Bread ($14+) is a popular pick at their bakeries in Korea, so we recommend trying it. You can pay an additional $3++ for a small serving of Earl Grey Milk Tea Spread to pair with the loaves. Otherwise, opt for the Maple Bacon Toast ($19+) on the brunch menu; this brunch item comes with garlic toast, thick bacon strips with crushed pistachios, and maple syrup on the side.

6. JUMBO Premium

A special occasion calls for a trip to JUMBO Premium at Resorts World Sentosa, where you can indulge in an array of fresh seafood, among many other zi char dishes. What’s special about the Sentosa branch is that there’s a separate dim sum menu, perfect for teatime.

JUMBO’s crabs are a must-try here, with choices ranging from Alaskan Crab ($29.80++ per 100g) and Mud Crab ($10.80++ per 100g) to Dungeness Crab ($10.80++ per 100g). There are five different ways to enjoy the crabs, including the Signature Black Pepper and Stir Fry with Golden Salted Egg. For a hassle-free dining experience, check out the dim sum menu that’s available every day from 9am to 4:45pm.

7. Little Farms Table

Little Farms Table is a popular cafe among Sentosa Cove residents. Here, fresh produce is used to create a delicious lineup of brunch and dinner items. The cafe’s menu is divided into day and night, which means the availability of dishes differs depending on the time of your visit.

For a chill brunch date with your loved one, we recommend the crowd-favourite Avocado Smash On Sourdough ($24++), featuring a crispy, chewy sourdough slice topped with poached eggs, feta, tomato, and dukkah spice blend. If you’d like to try something new, the Sourdough French Toast ($21++) is a great choice: thick French toast with banana brulee, honeycomb butter, candied walnut, and a drizzle of maple syrup. There are heartier options too, of course, such as the Tiger Prawn Fettuccine ($29++): fresh tiger prawns, onion marmalade, and sesame pangrattato.

8. Shake Shack

For a quick yet filling bite, there’s no place better than Shake Shack. The popular burger chain from New York City has more than 10 outlets across Singapore today, including Beach Station in Sentosa.

Shake Shack fans swear by the signature ShakeBurger ($10.40), a simple yet delicious combination of tender beef patty, American cheese, fresh lettuce, and tomato slices sandwiched between fluffy potato buns. The ‘Shroom Burger ($12.30) is almost as popular; this meat-free alternative replaces the beef patty with a deep-fried portobello mushroom. It’s also a must to get some Cheese Fries ($6.60) with your burgers.

9. ZUS Coffee

Popular Malaysian coffee chain ZUS Coffee has over 500 branches worldwide, and one of them is at Imbiah Lookout. Cosy and compact in size, the Sentosa cafe is a great place to take a breather away from the heat.

The cheapest drink on the menu is a cup of Americano ($3.90), but if you can’t take bitter drinks, consider the Matcha Strawberry Latte ($5.90) instead. The earthy and umami matcha notes take a backseat in this drink, while the sweet strawberry milk mellows down any bitterness. Alternatively, opt for the Cafe Latte ($4.90) and add a sweet syrup of your choice, priced at $0.90 each. There are French Vanilla Syrup, Salted Caramel Syrup, and Roasted Hazelnut Syrup flavours.

10. Mensho X

News is in: Japanese ramen brand Mensho X is slated to open their second branch at Weave soon. For the uninitiated, Mensho X is a casual ramen eatery opened by Mensho Tokyo, which was featured in the Michelin Guide.

What sets Mensho X apart from Mensho Tokyo is mainly the prices. You can expect wallet-friendly chicken broth ramen here from just $17++. Spice lovers can go for the Firebird Ramen ($22++), a tori paitan dish made with Sichuan peppercorn-chilli paste and black garlic for a full-bodied flavour. For a non-spicy option, we recommend the Classic Toripaitan  ($19++), featuring a creamy broth with tender Kurobuta pork ribeye chashu.

Expect a range of drinks, toasts, and desserts here. Start with the Fully Loaded Reuben ($30++), featuring tender corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and melty Swiss cheese between two slices of sourdough. Then, end your meal on a sweet note with the Peanut Butter & Jelly Soft Serve (from $8++), which is creamy, nutty, tangy, and sweet. Do note that some of their drinks are seasonal.

13. Chatterbox

Bona fide chicken rice fans would know of Chatterbox, a longstanding brand that has been around since 1971. Their chicken rice is arguably the most premium version in Singapore, as it costs over $20++ per set.

At their Weave outlet, the Mandarin Chicken Rice goes for $23++, and is served on a tray comprising a bowl of rice, steamed chicken, clear broth, and a three-in-one condiment platter of house-made chilli sauce, ginger puree, and dark soya sauce. Many diners tout the broth-cooked jasmine rice as incredibly tasty, best eaten with the boneless chicken that’s said to be slowly steamed till soft and tender. If you don’t mind spending more, consider the Lobster Laksa ($36++) for a rare treat; some toppings include Boston lobster, quail eggs, and dried beancurd.

14. CHAGEE

We can confidently say that the Jasmine Green Milk Tea (from $4.90) and Peach Oolong Milk Tea (from $4.90) are two of the most popular picks. While these are the perfect quenchers for the sultry summer weather, you can take it up a notch with the indulgent Da Hong Pao Snow Cap Milk Tea ($6.90), which comes with a swirl of white peach fresh cream and freeze-dried fig bits for a fruity finish.
