IPPUDO Shaw Centre Has 1-For-1 Ramen On 1 March

1-for-1 ramen at IPPUDO Shaw Centre

Grab a ramen-loving buddy and head down to IPPUDO Shaw Centre next week to enjoy 1-for-1 ramen! The famous ramen chain, founded in Japan more than 30 years ago, is known for its Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen.

In celebration of their 6th anniversary, this dine-in promotion next week is applicable on all ramen on the menu at IPPUDO Shaw Centre, including their seasonal special, the Yokohama Iekei Ramen ($16++).

If you can never make up your mind between tonkotsu, and tori paitan, this ramen might be right up your alley. It’s got a soup base comprising IPPUDO’s signature pork bone broth, as well as a chicken bone broth, that gives it a rich, full-bodied umami finish. Top up $2++ for an extra two slices of chashu too, if you’d like.

Otherwise, go for classic options that will never grow old. The Shiromaru Basic ($14.85++) is classic Hakata-style ramen, with IPPUDO’s original pork broth. For the chain’s modern take on this signature, try the Akamaru Basic ($15.85++). This bowl is a zhnged-up rendition of the Shiromaru, topped with a special blend of miso paste, and garlic oil.

Mala lovers can try the Karaka Basic ($16.85++), which is a tongue-numbing upgrade with the addition of Sichuan peppers, balanced with sweet and spicy miso. Another Singapore special is the IPPUDO’s Spicy Black Basic ($18.95++). It’s got spicy fragrant oil, and a homemade minced pork curry miso paste.

Their inclusive menu also includes a Veggie Dashi Ramen ($14.80++), which features wholegrain noodles in a dashi broth that’s made umami with porcini and shiitake mushrooms, and kelp.

Although the 1-for-1 promotion runs for all bowls of ramen on the menu, do note that you’ll be charged for the more expensive of the two. You’ll also have to like and follow their Facebook page to enjoy this discount. These 1-for-1 promotions at IPPUDO have traditionally drawn long queues, so go early, or be prepared to wait!
