Every 1 March, ramen chain IPPUDO celebrates their anniversary with 1-for-1 ramen, and this year is no different. Get your fill of their Hakata-style noodles at half the price this 1 March 2022 at the Shaw Centre branch!

If you’ve never been to IPPUDO, you’d do well to start with the classic Shiromaru Basic ($14.85++), featuring IPPUDO’s original pork broth.
Otherwise, consider getting the Akamaru Basic ($15.85++) instead, where a special blend of miso paste and garlic oil add extra depths of flavour.
Bring your mala buddies along if you’re intending to go for the Karaka Basic ($16.85++), which sees the addition of Sichuan peppers along with sweet and spicy miso.
For a healthy start to the third month of 2022, the Veggie Dashi Ramen ($14.80++) stars noodles made with wholegrains, swimming in a dashi broth that’s accented with konbu, shiitake mushrooms, and porcini mushrooms.

Unfortunately, the Yokohama Iekei Ramen ($16++) will not be back on the menu in time for this 1-for-1 promotion. It’ll only be reintroduced from 3 March 2022 at all IPPUDO outlets for a limited time, or while stocks last.
The Yokohama Iekei Ramen, for those unfamiliar, spotlights a soup base of shoyu, IPPUDO’s tonkotsu, and a Tori Paitan, AKA chicken bone broth. Said to be extra creamy and rich with collagen, this bowl is paired with ramen that’s thicker than your regular Hakata-style noodles. It’s topped with pork belly, pork loin chashu, as well as spicy white leek marinated with a house-made, spicy seasoning.
If you are looking for more wallet-friendly ramen, consider heading to Kumamoto Ramen, where a bowl starts from just $6.80. Alternatively, ATO Ramen at Marymount is another spot you could hit up for affordable ramen!
