7 Jurong Cafes That Have Nett Prices And Are Not Found Within Shopping Malls

Jurong cafes for the Westies

ā€œJurong East? Wah need to bring passport ah?ā€ Westies, Iā€™m sure youā€™ve heard this joke way too many times. As a West-sider myself, my area of residence has been the butt of many jokes, and nothing beats that connection you get with someone when you realise both of you are fellow Westies. Even though the East gets loads of credit for housing hipster cafes, Jurong isnā€™t that far off either. Weā€™ve got our fair share of cafes, and here are some worth checking out.

1. Time Table Cafe

Tuck into comforting mains such as an affordably priced Smoked Salmon Baked Rice ($5.90) thatā€™s blanketed with cream sauce and a layer of melted mozzarella, or Marinated Boneless Chicken Thigh ($6.90), served with salad and shoestring fries.
