There’s a new kid on the Changi Airport block: Korean eatery Kimchi Mama has opened its second outlet at Terminal 2 following its Bugis debut. The exciting launch also sees the brand sharing the space with Pizza Maru, a popular Korean pizza chain with over 600 outlets globally!
Â
Kimchi Mama first opened at Bugis+ in 2025 to much fanfare, offering affordable Korean dishes from just $5.90++. This Bugis eatery currently has a 4.6-star Google rating from over 400 reviews at the point of writing.
Over at their new Changi restaurant, diners can look forward to an all-new samgyetang series alongside its existing menu of hotstone rice bowls and rice balls.
There’s also a limited-time 50% off promotion to mark the launch. From 16 April to 18 April, and from 7 May to 10 May, enjoy 50% off your choice of Samgyetang: Original (U.P. $14.90++), Spicy (U.P. $14.90++), Mung Bean (U.P. $15.90++), Black Sesame (U.P. $15.90++), or Tangerine (U.P. $15.90++).
Customers can also add sides such as white rice (+$1.80++) or seaweed (+$1.80++) for an additional charge.
Alternatively, visit from 30 April to 2 May to enjoy 50% off Kimchi Mama’s signature Hotstone Beef Steak Rice (U.P. $14.90++). Mains start at just $7.45++ with this deal!
All you have to do is mention the code “I love Kimchi Mama” to any staff member to enjoy the promotion, limited to one redemption per table. As the samgyetang is available in limited quantities, the half-price deal will extend to all soup items once it’s sold out.
Besides Korean mains, you can also look forward to Pizza Maru’s fusion pizzas here, including the Salted Egg Chicago Pizza ($27.90++), featuring chicken pepperoni and fresh tomato slices tossed in a creamy salted egg sauce.
